Direct booking is officially live on Camp Days, which means parents can now search, compare, and book top-rated programs without ever leaving the platform, and camps can accept bookings in real time without the back-and-forth of emails and phone calls.
For Parents
Booking a camp or program on Camp Days now works just like checkout anywhere else online. Find a program, pick a session, and book directly through a secure checkout — no off-platform links, no waiting on a callback. You'll get an instant confirmation on screen plus a confirmation email with all the details. And because your child's health information and emergency contacts already live on their profile, you won't have to fill out the same form twice; camps will have what they need automatically.
Need to cancel? You can submit a cancellation request right from your account. Camp Days has one consistent refund policy across every camp on the platform: full refund if you cancel 30 or more days before the session starts, no refund within 30 days of the start date, and a full refund any time a camp cancels for any reason.
For Camps
If you haven't yet connected your payments account, now's the time. It's a quick setup inside your Camp Days dashboard under Camps, then Payouts, and the onboarding flow saves your progress if you need to step away. Once verified, you're ready to accept bookings.
From there, the process runs itself. When a parent books, you get a notification with the camp, session, and attendee details, and the booking shows up instantly in your dashboard. Every booking has its own detail page showing who's enrolled, their health and emergency information, and payment status, so you have everything you need to prepare without chasing down a single email.
Payment is handled securely through a booking system, and funds are released to your account after your session starts. Camp Days charges a simple 10% fee per booking, no monthly fees and no upfront costs, so you only pay when a family books.
